Chubby Checker sues HP for defamatory use of his name.
An app developer used Chubby Checker’s name to brand a penis measuring app. A judge rules that since there is a vetting process for the app HP had to know about it when it got approved for their app store.
Yahoo beats Google in internet traffic for the first time.
We talk about the apparent trumping of Google by Yahoo for one day. Yahoo had more traffic than Google? We discuss the possible reasons why this could happen.
